At Elegance by Design Inc we believe every client is unique and wants a different level of involvement. With flexible options and personal service we are here to ensure your event will be seamless and stress-free.

We offer four distinct levels of service to suit your needs:


Consulting is for the client who may need help getting started or has hit a road block in the planning process. This can be a one-time meeting or an ongoing service.

Month of Coordination

This service is designed to help finalize all of the details of your event and to manage everything on your behalf so you are free to relax and enjoy your special event.

This service begins four to six weeks beforehand with a detailed dissection of your event to make sure nothing has been overlooked.

From this point forward we create a detailed timeline and agenda for the month leading up to and for the day of your event. This service also includes creation of an emergency contact list, vendor contract review and confirmations, finalizing floor plans, menus and venue specific logistics, supervising your rehearsal, supervising ceremony and reception setups, on-site styling of your event , final payment and gratuity distribution, overall event management and general troubleshooting throughout.

Signature Elegance Package

This service is our most popular and sought after service combining our Month-Of Coordination package with complete event design.

You will receive everything included in our Month-Of service along with a detailed visual wedding décor design, complete with vendor recommendations, hand drawn mock ups and a custom table setting so you can experience your décor before your event even happens!

Full Event Coordination & Planning

Full planning service includes everything from conception to completion and each and every detail in between. Our experienced, professional planners can ensure you are getting everything you need, all while keeping a close eye on your budget. Events are our area of expertise and this is our profession. We have researched and worked with the best vendors and venues in the area so let our education and experience work to your benefit!
